Responsibilities:

● Define the technical roadmap for AxcessRent, ensuring our solutions are secure,
scalable, and user-friendly.
● Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, driving the development
of cutting-edge technologies.
● Contribute significantly to the company’s strategic direction, providing technical expertise
and insights.
● Oversee all aspects of the engineering lifecycle, from ideation to implementation and
maintenance.
● Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
● Collaborate closely with other departments, including product, sales, and marketing.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
● Minimum 8+ years of experience in a leadership role within the software engineering
industry.
● Proven track record of building and scaling high-performance engineering teams.
● Deep understanding of software development methodologies and best practices (Agile,
DevOps, etc.).
● Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
