● Build and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and
continuous improvement.
● Establish strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders within the rental
industry.
● Identify and qualify new sales opportunities, driving the sales pipeline.
● Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
● Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and optimize performance.
● Develop and implement effective sales training programs for the team.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
● Minimum 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within the sales industry.
● Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
● Strong understanding of the rental market and the needs of renters.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
● Ability to build and manage strong relationships with clients and partners.
